1. Product Access

After purchase you have instant access.

The product is sold as a ZIP folder that you can open after download.

2. File Formats and Compatibility
You will receive high resolution JPEGS (minimum 6MB that is enough to print on A2) and the licence certificate that comes with the image will be a PDF.

3. Licensing and Usage Rights
You will find a comprehensive guide and all information about your customer rights and permissions on the bottom of the website and you will also receive a copy of the licence certificate with your purchase.

4. Technical Support

For questions, technical support related to downloading or using your purchased digital image please send an email to info@buzzingpetalhorizons.com

5. Refund Policy

Once purchased, there will no refunds. You will find further information in your licence certificate that comes with the product that you purchase.
